Owner

Joe is a fourth-generation owner of our family-owned business. Having been born and raised on this dairy, Joe acts more like a down-to-earth, animal-loving, hard-working  guy next door than the owner of a multi-million dollar Ag business.

Aside from high school and some continuing education courses and seminars, Joe’s on-the-job training began well before most kids learn the value of hard work. While every day presents a new challenge, Joe confidently believes that if you love what you do, it’s not a job.

Joe more than loves working on his dairy; he has a passion to succeed in business, too.

   Getting Personal

Joe grew up on the dairy. Now, he and Chris live a quarter mile away.

Married for 40 years, the couple have three children. Mike, the oldest, works off the farm as an engineer. He and wife Jenny have two young children, Carter and Ryan. His children Sara and Brett work along with him in the business. Sara has one child, named Emmett.

When he has the chance, Joe loves to spend time with his kids and grandchildren. He still plays basketball a few times a week and loves to watch college ball. He wishes he had more time to go fishing.

Joe also enjoys traveling for pleasure and discovering new technologies, especially those that relate to the dairy.
