Owner, Beef Manager

Gary is also a fourth-generation owner of our family-owned business. Like his big brother Joe, Gary is another down-to-earth, hard working, animal loving guy who was born and raised on this dairy. He has always specialized in cash cropping and raising beef.  In 2014, he decided to come back to the family farm. Not only did he bring his extensive knowledge of beef and crops, but  he also added a bonus of manure management and manure handling to the dairy.  Like many farmers, Gary loves what he does. Farming is more than a job—it’s a way of life.

   Getting Personal

Gary and his wife of nearly 30 years, Carolyn have three children: Emily, Dylan, and Cade. Carolyn and Dylan are both a big part of the family business. Carolyn helps manage the calf raising operation. Dylan serves as a jack of all trades; helping with cropping, beef, and manure management. Emily is a graduate of UW Oshkosh and is currently working for a local Optometrist. Cade, who enjoys playing in the band, is a student at Lomira High School.

Gary and Carolyn are avid motorcyclists and love the opportunity to get out on their Harleys on a nice summer day. They are always looking for new roads to discover off the beaten path.

In the fall of 2016, Gary got a thrill of a lifetime when his beloved Chicago Cubs won the World Series!!
